Not that much, really! We just need a 13amp socket and a suitable location to place the phone. Just remember that the best quality audio will come from a quiet location away from speakers and dancefloors… privacy also helps your guests to say what’s they’re really thinking!

We do all the hard work in the backgroud, so it’s simple for you guys! Just 5 easy steps:

  1. You send us an audio recording no less than 2 weeks before your event via email.
  2.  We load this message onto the phone, bring the phone along on the day, and set it up for you.
  3.  Your guests lift the handset up, listen to your recorded message, wait for the beep, leave their message for you, then put down the handset. The message is saved once the handset clicks down.
  4.  We take the phone away at the end of your event, enhance the quality of the audio files, load all the messages onto your USB as individual files and one long appended message, then send it off to you.
  5.  You just relax, take it easy, chill out. We’ll get your USB to you in the coming weeks after your event, and we’ll make sure to let you know when it’s on it’s merry way! The recordings are then yours to do with as you please.
